Eric,

Colorado is growing like crazy, and I believe it is best to avoid the high population density problems they have in California. This will ultimately minimize the total population growth, and reduce all sorts of infrastructure problems.

Boulder County has bought up a lot of open space, and is attempting to preserve the integrity of the communities.
