The judicial system has no right to write it's own laws. When you override the legislature and the findings of the judicial system to provide yet another recount, you are writing your own set of laws. It no longer matters. There is nothing more the Florida Supreme Court can do except to see if they can get the statewide results from 67 counties in by Tuesday. How are you going to get observers to watch over all of the canvassing committees around the state. The legislature now is in it's own domain to appoint their own slate of electors. At least these guys are publicly elected officials.
