I have no objection to knowing the "truth" (though I believe it to be entirely elusive and illusory at this point regardless of what is ordered), but the court's unwillingness to address the standard set for recounting will always leave a huge question mark in the minds of many. If they're going to rewrite law and ask for a state recount, (which incidentally, surely doesn't mean that MiamiDade will hand in only a partial but will have to complete their count) then why don't they set a definite standard that allows us to know what will and won't be allowed. Broward standards? PB standards? THey are just going to leave 1/2 the voters sure that they were cheated.
