John-- Re: You choose to trust a full time politician rather than a group of Florida's best Judges. Actually, all you're trusting is the four junior members of the Florida Supreme Court. I'd suggest you (& the rest of the thread) read the Chief Justice's dissent-- he basically says the rest of the judges will be overturned on equal protection issues for the conflicting standards on what an "undercount" really is, are way overstepping their bounds by politicizing the judiciary, are making a totally unneeded constitutional conflict, and are basically morons. His dissent begins on page 40: cnn.com -Eric
