LOL. You are very confused, what the FL Legislature is doing is the law.

Prepare to be reversed - the Chief Justice of the FL "Supreme" Court stated that the decision of the four justices could not withstand scrutiny before the real Supremes - that their action was unConstitutional and had no basis in FL law.
