I find it amazing the number of people in the last hour that admit that they haven't read the opinion, but whatever it said it must be beyond belief [or illegal].

I will read the ruling tonight. Jim ENgle just read part of the dissenting opinion by Chief Justice Wells. Interestingly, he agrees with what I said in my post: (1) the ruling violates the US consititution and that (2) the ruling that was handed down today had no basis in law as of six days before the election. The latter violates US Federal statutes. At the present, I stand by my opinion that the ruling is both beyond belief and illegal.
