So, to repeat, the Gore contest is what was ruled on today. Gore seemed to prevail and they are going to count all the undervotes. This has nothing to do whatsoever with the USSC decision.

At this moment, the earlier FL SC decision is invalid, meaning that any changes after the original certification deadline are invalid. Not only did the FL SC assume that the changes submitted after the Florida law are to be counted, but also the votes submitted after the deadline of their own creation, and even the partially counted votes.

Based on the US SC., the Florida result is that Bush won by 930 votes, until the FL SC can change their original ruling to the satisfaction of US SC.

On top of that, they just made up a new law, again in defiance of the US SC. This new law apparently is: "all 'undervotes' need to be recounted if that's what the Democrat candidate asks".
