Dan, Are you sure it was UPS but not UPC 11830? It's called "hard to borrow" - big boys shorted all of it already from this broker. Go to www.Google.com and type. "UPC 11830" It will show you some links From one link: *UPC 11830 Indicator (formerly UPC 71) - Distributors of real-time Nasdaq quotation data are also required to display an indicator next to any Nasdaq National Market or SmallCap securities restricted under the U.S. Uniform Practice Code (UPC) 11830.
