the US Supreme Court will end this sometime next week
meanwhile, an Atlanta Federal Circuit judge is being asked to slap an injunction on this charade recount

Jim, Agree. US Supreme Court will end it.
One thing we have to note is that the chief Justice Wells in Florida made very strong statements about constitutional crisis. The 3 minority opinion judges are also Democrats.
I would bet that deep down he agrees with the majority opinion but is a wise man who realized the seriousness of forcing the recount and all its implications.

Consider the Supreme Court---even if they have a 50/50 political background split---I am pretty confident that some senior democrat appointees are going to realize the seriousness of the issue and overturn Florida.
I think you can take the FLA Chief Justice's opinion as an indicator of what the US Supreme Court will do.

That is why I think it gets overturned next week.

In addition, I think (or hope) that the US court will allow them the temporary injunction to halt recounts....I think they will.
