Whether you are Democrat or Republican, if you read the dissenting opinion of the Chief Justice you will see how incompetent the 4 justices that voted to recount really are. It really is something to read because after you read it you will realize how dangerous judicial activism can be.

Justices that make law instead of interpreting them are very dangerous if you want some proof look back at when courts ruled that certain citizens of our country were not really citizens. This court is as incompetent as that court was 140 years ago.

So, anyone who claims that this is a victory for justice just think back to the days when a Court was this incompetent. These justices have divided this country so much that it is now a POLITICAL CIVIL WAR.

If some of you have forgotten the court case I am talking it is called the Dred Scott Decision and the court declared a citizen was not a citizen because of his color. That court decision divided this country so severely that the CIVIL WAR settled the issue of slavery on the battlefields of America.

Of course, there won't be bloodshed from this decision but the country is as politically divided as I have ever seen it. An incompetent court once again has divided this country into two sides and instead of NORTH and SOUTH, we now have REPUBLICANS and DEMOCRATS. This day will be remembered years from now as the day our political process was subverted by an incompetent court and the results will be disastrous.
