Are you guys crazy?

Each proxy (hand count) is equal regardless of the number of shares they represent when voting on the issues at the AGM pursuant to the Proxy. Your vote is EQUAL to a mutual fund's vote. Last year we could have defeated some of the issues (e.g. repricing of the $3.32 options to $1.18) if we had enough people there, i.e. hand count. This resolution was defeated 9:5 i.e. 9 proxy votes to 5 proxy votes, 9 hands to 5 hands. If 5 more proxy votes voted 'nay' the repricing options resolution would have been defeated.

If you are NOT going to attend the AGM then assign your proxy vote to someone who WILL be there making sure your proxy is at Montreal Trust at least 48 hours before the AGM. I suggest assigning your proxy vote to Norman Levinson. Each proxy counts as one vote in the hand count. They do not care how many shares you own. Norman is the only U.S. shareholder who has been showing up every year representing the shareholders. This year we will change that. This site has made it possible to do that.

Whether we go down in blazing defeat is of no matter to me. I want to send a signal to Gravis and to Nam Tai and this is the avenue. It is a matter of principle. What's the alternative, sit back and do nothing?
Rami: your votes will count
