I agree. I think many of these microcap stocks which were up so high in spring and now are lower are targets for tax-loss selling. Although most institutions and mutual funds sell off in the third quarter, I believe that many individual investors (the main players in the pennies) sell off in December (as I have in past years). I think that many of these pennies, including this one, will pop back up in January like a balloon held under water and suddenly released.
