The Florida Supreme Court ordered a recount, in effect awarding Gore the "election contest" without any finding of fact at the trial court level to allow for it. The Florida Supreme Court is ignoring the findings of fact by Judge Saul. Yet another reason this opinion will be overturned by the USSC.
