What a Fluster Cluck. Per the FL SC, the newly divined votes from the partial handjobs&reg will be added to Gore's total. They have NOT been instructed to complete the partial handjobs&reg. The remaining uncounted votes were, by a majority, Bush votes. There will be about 150 different standards applied to divining these so called under votes due to the vague standard in FL law. Who will count these votes? Will observers be allowed? Where are these under votes in these other counties/USA? Have they been separated yet? What about the other under votes that were machine counted by a different type of machine from the rest of FL & the USA that WILL NOT be counted . What is standard for an under vote in other FL counties/USA? Fluster Cluck indeed. Ö¿Ö
