They're also breaking the law, which they will be painfully (for them) reminded of by the USSC. The three senior Justices on their own court would have nothing to do with it. What does that tell you? They didn't have to write scathing dissents (two of them). Why did they? Why didn't they simply write a quickie? This is proof that some people will take a victory, no matter how bogus it is. LoF
