Re: big IT shops don't buy SANs off the web.. Just curious rude. Do you think that this is a requirement for any IT house doing business with Dell? Or rather, do you think that for larger accounts, Dell's web site represents an excellent marketing and advertising tool that is primarily a first stop for potential customers where they can 'spec' the offerings before going one on one with consultants, sales reps and account execs.
