Dick I agree more or less with what you are saying in above posts. This company needs to get its act to-gether and focus on its business rather than spend time and money in the courts with lawyers. Mr. DG has already been the subject of alledged improper trading activity by the VSE as according to my recent Vantage report and consequently was forced to resign from VEC as President. If they had had stronger management, particularly in terms of a topline financial officer they most likely would not have beens sucked into that treacherous convertible debenture deal. John
