Ah, Skeeter, uncertainty is the middle name of biotechs. LGND already has lots of uncertainty. Biotech is often a waiting game. Personally, I think LGND will do a lot better once ALRIZ is out of the way--we'll get rid of all those damn shorts. Everyone says the leptin deal is coming. I too am impatient, but see no reason not to believe them. Now is a better time for the deal to be announced than during the last few months. Diabetes is in progress--we have a timeline on it. Often these things take longer than we like. Look at GENZL. Its the nature of the beast. I sense you are unhappy about the level of conversation on the thread when you say >>i would like a free flow of real, conservative information..<< I don't know what you mean by " conservative" information. Do you not feel we have such a free flow here? How would you change it if you could? Let me know.
