Bill: Thx for the tips. My apology if this reply duplicates an earlier one. My notebook got "frozen" by the hot weather it appears, I had to use an iced coke to keep it cool. Intel needs to hire more mechanical engineer to deal with the cooling now. Maybe even MSFT to cool their OS! What a trouble with a dead mouse pointer while ur typing a message!

Anyhow, I will call up CDW and I heard that if u trade in your Zip u get $99 credit. Call SYQT up and see what they say.
