Yeah sure. Hey maybe the SC will stop the re-counts, but what a blow to democracy that would be. Real votes legally cast by real people getting thrown out. Your party will be vilified for that by a lot of people. Like a lawyer using a technicality to get a guilty criminal off. It's called cheating, though sometimes it's legal.
