It seems viahardware site may have copied the KM133 block diagram from the KM133 document at the VIa's site which I believe was not updated after a cut&paste. The table presented in VIa's KM133 product spec sheet contains the following -

Front Side Bus Settings  | range of  AMD Athlon™ and Duron™processors
                         | running at a variety of FSB speeds.
