I suspect management is reviewing alternatives, if any, in a sophisticated and reasoned manner. It is very unlikely that a private investor would purchase common stock. The likely scenario would be preferred shares with warrants or a convertible feature. Given the small cap, purchasing the company outright would seem a possibility. In any event, any action would have to be approved by the Board of Directors. Meanwhile, all the new PMs that are coming on line produce high margin XIR film. This could, IMO, improve the financial picture and provide cash to fund most of the expansion in Germany. Where are the active message boards for SWTX since Yahoo closed SWTX?
