<It takes two to have a real knock-down, drag-out fight>

that is what the democrats have been trying to say is happening- that a fight is going on b/c a legitimate winner was never declared. this is patently untrue. bush won the election, wrong or right, close or not. gore is trying to undo an already decided election. this is reprehensible as it is for his personal gain and not any 'concern for the voters to have their vote counted.' (that little mantra makes me laugh it is so transparently a lie) as to saying that bush would do the same, that argument is like saying, hey, we all get down in the mud and wrestle together. bullshit, not everyone would choose to hold an entire nation hostage to maniacal ambition. but thieves sees thieves everywhere, no?

going with your fight theme- bush has won and is 'king of the hill.' algore is trying to drag him off the hill- fair play and principle be damned.

again, i repeat, no one with any shred of objectivity should want this kind of man at the helm of the nation. before he demonstrated this aspect of his 'personality,' i didn't much care if he got elected, now i find him contemptous.
