I will admit I made a mistake in not specifying that the ruling did not include Palm Beach County and Broward County as they already completed their manual recounts. And it was known that Miami-Dade only had 9,000 'left' to count as they are the only county to have done the sorting that they did. It was reported on MSNBC tonight that Seminole County had already done a manual recount. I was not aware of that - can you confirm? The ruling provides that all counties' undervotes are to be counted.
