<What is Bush to do in the face of a man who does not respect even the basic rules of fair play. A man who thinks he can change the rules that our democracy has defined to suit his purpose. The question is, does Bush allow himself to lose because he won't fight fire with fire, or does he compromise his principles to protect the greater good? It is the greater good to keep a man like Gore out of office. I never would have made this kind of statement before this election mess. I never realized just how far Gore would go.

You see all is fair in love and war, and this is war. Gore made it war, not Bush. When they attack you must choose to counter-attack or defend. Otherwise you lose, and that is not an acceptable answer. Do you understand this?

Gore does not love democracy. Democracy is just a horse Al rides when he needs to get somewhere. You don't see it because you don't want to.>

EXCELLENT POST! it is almost impossible to get liberals to understand that principles matter, that winning at all costs is not to be admired, that rules count, that they protect us all from mayhem!
those that believe that everything is 'relative' can justify anything to suit their purposes... absolving themselves of responsibility.
why don't people want to be responsible for themselves??
