I beg to differ and think Chief Justice Wells would take strong exception to your overstated characterization - I read the entire FSC ruling and thought Wells was in near complete agreement with Sauls.

I was genuinely impressed with Wells' knowledge of the law and his perspective of the judiciary's role after reading his discourse from page 40-60.

I hope to see Sauls and Nikki Clark both on the FSC some day, after Wells is promoted to the USSC!
