Yes, not only a no-win situation for him - but I truly think Judge Sauls was so pissed off at the Kanagroos - that he wanted in essence to tell them to F$%& off. He couldn't say that publically and keep his job - so what better way than to say I am not taking part in your charade - find someone else to be your puppet
