Ah, Johannes--manually counting ballots is mutually exclusive to the rule of law???? Good Lord! Why is it then, that Jr. Bush signed into law in the great state of Texas legislation allowing for the manual counting of ballots? Oh, I get it, that's Texas--THIS is Florida!! _______________________________ Indeed they are because not all ballots are equal. We determine acceptable ballots by mutually accepted rules, or law. Such agreements keep us from killing each other. No one can with any reasonable certainty determine the wishes of a voter from a dimpled chad.
