Dear Paul: As I recall, in the Miami/Dade partial recount I thought the Dems claimed a 25% vote recovery. If the Miami/Dade is done fairly there is a possability of Bush to pick up a number of votes in the balance of the Precincts. The Partial count included the Coastal area (Miami Beach and Hollywood (very liberal areas) and the Black Precincts (mostly all Democrat). The ones left to be counted are the Western and SouthWestern Precincts (very heavy Cuban and the Cubans voted 92% for Bush). So, in a FAIR recount I think Bush can win BUT I have serious doubts as to a fair recount. JDN
