<<I do not wish the Supreme COurt to be conservative<<

I am kinda with you on that too. Liberal judges tend to uphold 1st and 4th Amendment Rights. So, I am all for that-- especially seeing how bad the 4th has taken a beating on the "War on Drugs".

BUT, the Clinton/Gore administration has said that 2nd Amendment Rights are State Rights-- even though we all know that the FIRST TEN Amendments are known as The Bill of Rights and are by definition INDIVIDUAL Rights.

So, conservative judges are more likely to correctly interpret the 2nd as well as the 10th. The 10th is very important to hold and in reality is the basis of our federal government.

So, to me, I just hope that we have a 4 year Republican and a 4 year Democrat so neither side can "stack the deck" like FDR.

BTW, I do not think that ANY USSC will rule against Roe vs Wade which Gorons tried to make many women believe (anything for a vote...).
