Shouldn't this thread be renamed "Fantasy Island"? This is a separation of powers issue, not a states' rights issue. The Supreme Court nullified the Florida Supreme Court's earlier ruling and politely asked: "What the f*ck do you think you're doing?" Read Wells' dissent. Bush is the next president.
