Yeah, but even if the bear market persists, the worst is almost definitely over.

If that's the case, yes, pick stocks with HI RS/EPS and FUNDAMENTALS.

As I told Mogul, HOTT seems to fit the mold. A little bit outside of the breakout price, but still potentially a WINNER.
