we are conditioned into thinking recounts ONLY produce Gore votes not true at all they produce votes about evenly more Gores in Dem counties more Bushes in Repub counties then you have the feeble hands among elderly are they mostly Democrat? I dont think so Florida is a slightly more Republican state I still think the distant counties will have a tough time isolating the undervoted ballots and then how are they certain those ballots are really undervotes? the risk of double counting is small but real / jim
