You just don't get it. You will adopt any position that supports Gore's efforts, with no consideration as to if those solutions are lawful.
Just because CNN and the rest tell you its ok does not mean it is.
Use some common sense and try to understand that your man lost. What we have seen is a media blitz to support any and all efforts to keep counting until the desired result is realized.
It matters not what I think machine error is, but rather only what the law says it is. It is very clear in FLA, and there is no evidence or statement to the contrary, that there was ANY machine error. This is course makes no difference to you because it is a roadblock on the Democrats path to hell.
If you had the ability to be objective for just two minutes, you would understand that if the situation were reversed, Boies and the Democrats would have blocked any and all efforts by Bush to do hand counts where there was no machine error.

And everyone knows that Gore is cheating. This is not about votes, voters, and democracy, this is about Gore. A flawed man not worthy of the office he seeks.
