Dan,

Frequent opportunity for buying at bid + 1/64 or selling at offer - 1/64 (actually, most of these execute at the offer).

Often when INCA quotes 1/64 above the inside bid or below the inside ask the order is actually priced to lock or cross the market. That's why you get executions priced at the opposite side of the inside market (something to keep in mind when interpreting T&S). Once the inside bid/ask moves INCA will move the order up/down accordingly in lockstep. Unlike with ISLD you don't give away price improvements beyond the spread.

MXT: I don't even display it anymore because of screen real estate issues. Can be useful outside of regular market hours.

MKXT is now available for trading during regular market hours as well.
