The next "whore" will be brother Jeb who will step in to declare his brother the winner as part of the insurance policy when or if W loses the popular vote.

Of course, brother Jeb recused himself. But this only lasted as long as he could expect "whore" Harris to do his work on the Election Board. Jeb jumped in immediately to officially send the election results certified by Harris, even before the outcome of the contest proceeding was determined.
