Bill W., Roger, et al.:

I am almost embarrassed that I haven't made the investigations you have. I must say that the credententials (the root term in that word being "credence") of the top brass have been widely and unswervingly touted on this and the AOL board, and I haven't seen anyone even attempt to refute your claims. This is an extremely disturbing situation.

Is anyone going to tell us how old Chiang is?

I have always stated that the people involved in MD/Z "may" be geniuses, as touted, but my primary argument in switching back to a short was that their "window" (so to speak) of opportunity was rapidly closing since they had no product and (consequently) no customers.

The silence of the long proponents is quite telling. And my argument about lack of market clout is starting to be the weaker one. When Zitel complains about Matridigms lack of cooperation, I'm starting to really beleive that Zitel got snookered too. The shareholders of Zitel aren't alone.

Your research has been great. This is what these boards are all about. Thanks from a grateful nation.

Good luck to all. This company's behavior is exactly like Syquest's last year. Offshore stock sales, etc. Syquest had a new product in the pipeline too, and it was late, too. Its stock went to two.

When I see these offshore convertible stock deals, I see dilution everywhere. And watch what happens when the lenders convert and unload the shares. It's very ugly if you're long.

This stock may not make it past June.
