I've had a few exchanges with BGI, and they are going to try and shake things up. I hope so cause I own 1% of the company now (yes, I've been buying more here, a glutton for punishment I guess). They refer to new but undisclosed "developments" that will "benefit" shareholders. I haven't a clue what that means, but my guess is that a deal is coming to feed ore to GSR? They are very sensitive (no indifference at all) about the share price which is good.

I'm not sure what they can do, as only an outright private market sale that gives us "ultimate value" is really rewarded. Anything short of that (such as new discoveries, look at FGX's Marlin), substantial cash infusions and so on gets ignored in the inefficient trading market. Clearly though any larger company (or even the existing big player ASL) that desires a great entry into Ghana gets alot with Birim: excellent concessions, good feeder deposits, a nice royalty, regional knowledge base, and a treasury well in excess of current market cap after the ASL check gets cashed. The value is indisputable, it is just a question of when. Personally I'd like a five to ten bagger out of this one right now as I've quite a shopping list of other juniors I've been drooling over.
