Elmer, The rules were laid down in Florida law and in the US Constitution. The people you accuse have no choice but to follow the law. It the ultra leftwing extremists on the FSC who are making new rules to favor their guy. You are focusing on one law, and ignoring other conflicting laws. The courts don't have that luxury. The FSC made a ruling to count only undervotes, which are likely to favor Bush. The undervotes come 2-1 from Republican counties. You don't have any idea what you are talking about (as usual.)
