Commenting mainly, but some tongue-in-cheek joking as well. Not complaining. I am happy for Casey, because the truth is, he has been under fire from many quarters since the merger: Starting with analysts who questioned "the timing" of the merger, then the financial press putting in their 2 cents worth, the lawsuits, etc.

Which reminds me: What merits do the shareholder suits have, now that the stock has recovered? At least one suit was claiming "breach of fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders", if I remember correctly. My guess is that means they were unhappy with the stock price. I wonder if the suits will be dropped. Presuming, of course, that USRX holds in this general range.
