lawdog--you couldn't be more right--we've been doing manual recounts in this country for decades... __________ Why do GOPers want to believe that hand recounts were just invented for this election? This is standard procedure and your attempts to spin it differently are solely politically motivated. Machine error existed in the counting process. The limitations of the machines prevent many valid votes in the undervote from ever being counted. If that is not constitute machine error, I don't know what does.
