I believe a president chosen by 4 court judges is much closer to a dictatorship than a president chosen by elected representatives in congress.

I understand that this a little hard for rabid Republicans to follow. The FSC did not make a decision about the electors. They made a judgement about the counting procedure, which will allow one candidate or the other to achieve finality.

This is quite different from the FL Legislature picking Bush to be the next President.
