I certainly didn't think FLA Supreme Court was gona pull its 11th hour ruling. I think FLA is snubbing its nose at U.S Supreme Court 'guidance and now the High Court is gona put an end to this circus.
As for the COT Report: The commercials are now net short 87,000 contracts - the highest reading ever and this confirms my intermediate and long term Bearish prognostication for the market. In the immediate term we still have higher to go but we are getting late in the game.
