Are you really so naive? There's an obvious difference between why military ballots were actually excluded and the grounds that Gore's lawyers argued to have them excluded. Thankfully in most cases they were not successful. Its the effort itself which was despicable and its something the Dem party and its members ought to be ashamed of. JLA
