Ron: From my viewpoint, the hatred is much more intense on the right than on the left. Over the past several months, I probably received 40 e-mails from friends/relatives on the right slamming Gore, Democrats, Clinton ... anyone who doesn't live in white suburbia. I can only recall receiving but one or two e-mails from my friends on the left assailing Bush or the Republicans. Much of this hate is left over from the Clinton impeachment trial. Many people saw Gore as a mini-Clinton and simply wanted to get even. Many people saw this election as a moral crusade. Right. We move an adulterer out of the White House and move in a man who has more skeletons in his past than Vincent Price. Be careful of what you wish for or vote for.
