The Sem. County case wanted to throw them even though the voter did no wrong. Gore could have publicly condemned that case given his "will of the voter stance".

Yes to your last point. You are absolutely correct that voters are responsible for following instructions. Votes should be thrown out in the case of incorrectly cast ballots. So, that opinion is not limited to Democratic voters.

Now do you agree that Gore's "no comment" on the Seminole case was at the least cowardly? Or are you engaging in your favorite line about Rep's. about a double standard?
