Bush is a coward...he doesn't really care about the people or he would allow the votes to be counted manually in this tight race. ' The republicans want to win at ANY cost. Just looking at the ridiculous Starr investigation was proof of that. Putting Bush up for high office was as cynical an act as his father putting Clarence Thomas up for the Supreme Court.
