Good point, dealie. And now Klain and Boies are on tv, saying Gore had picked up 58 votes in counties that had finished the hand re-count, and they claim that the trend shows he would have overcome Bush's lead. They FAILED to say that in Miami-Dade, which wasn't finished, and where they had always expected to pick up votes, Gore actually lost 42 votes. More of their half-truths and statistical BS. Judge Sauls was absolutely correct about their failure of proof, lack of credibility, and absence of credible statistical analysis.
