Jemuel: I wasn't speculating about organized right-wing mob violence. I'm talking about the extraordinarily violent and extraordinarily chicken-shit kind ... like what happened in Oklahoma City. For the record, and I have no idea why I feel it necessary to say this, I have never been involved in anything remotely resembling union violence, and I carried my first card in the late '60s. I would also point out that there are many kinds of unions in this country ... I might well be a symphony musician ... or even an airline pilot ... instead of being a member of a more traditional union. You have no clue and I ain't gonna tell.
