Hi Keith, Well your once brilliant move appears less brilliant...... for the moment. Lord knows what may happen between now & then. FLSC still must rule on the Seminole & Martin county appeals...... given their, shall we say...... artful rulings...... don't count that out...... or even perhaps another..... artful ruling on Judge Saul's case....... or.... any number of other events. FWIW, there will remain a certain amount of uncertainty in the market over the potential USSC & the FLSC rulings...... many NAZ stocks have moved well off their recent lows..... some may still be oversold.... others not...... how much shorting occurred AH on Fri...... what non-election events will affect the market????? As for your purchase decisions.... if they ramp back up before you buy..... will you chase them..... will it still be a good decision to chase them..... what if they don't ramp, but others do..... or the opposite occurs...... maybe there will be better choices...... depends on your DD..... the conclusions you draw..... your risk tolerance..... & time horizon for holding these stocks.
